  • What makes Taclete Performance's products different from the rest?
    Every product that Taclete Performance creates has a specific purpose, to help minimize potential issues that stem from these career paths. These products contain well researched ingredients, no fillers, and ensure 100% trust in the product we deliver. It is well known in this line of work that there are long hours, minimal sleep, and physical/mental trauma. The goal is to ensure these products support you along your journey. With our Performance Greens, we ensure that every scoop taken delivers what is promised. The superior benefits of antioxidants, vitamins and minerals to boost natural energy, focus, and help support many crucial functions of the body.
  • How are your products tested?
    All of our products are third party tested. Testing starts off with raw ingredient testing, then once the product is completed, it goes through finished product testing to test for heavy metals, microbiological contaminants, and allergens. Finished product testing ensures every batch produced is safe for consumption.
  • Are your products certified?
    After the completion of every batch of product, our manufacture provides us with a Certificate of Analysis (COA). This COA ensures every batch of product meets our requirements and the specifications of safety and quality by testing for heavy metals and microbiological contaminants. Our manufacture is GMP certified, Health Canada licensed, FDA registered, and NSF certified. As quality is important to us, we ensure every product created meets and exceeds your expectations.
  • Do you offer a discount?
    Yes, we offer a discount to all First Responders! Taclete Performance recongnizes and appreciates everything First Responders and Tactical Athletes do. We understand the sacrifices that are made for their community, family, and much more. As a small thank you for your dedication, our offer of a 15% off discount to our entire Taclete Performance store. Follow the link Taclete, put in all relevant information, and we will be sure to verify the submission! We also have a 10% off coupon for signing up to our newsletter. This coupon will be a one time use per customer.
  • What is your shipping policy?
    All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Shipping estimated delivery time will be between 3-5 business days. We will monitor any shipping delays, and notify the customer in such events and try to resolve any issues that arise. We offer flat rate shipping, free shipping with minimum order nation wide, and local delivery within the City of Winnipeg. Please view our Shipping section below for more information.
  • Do you ship Internationally?
    We currently do not ship outside of Canada. Please stay tuned for an update regarding international shipping.
  • Can my order be tracked?
    When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number with Canada Post where you can check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@tacleteperformance.ca with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
  • What is your Return and Exchange policy?
    Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If you are not satisfied with a product please reach out to us at Taclete Performance to be issued a full refund. To be eligible for other returns, your item must be unused, and in the same packaging. To complete the return, we require a receipt or order number, and sent to support@tacleteperformance.ca. All merchandise purchased from Taclete Performance is eligible for exchanges within 30 days of purchase. This will be based on inventory at the time of exchange, and will be sent out as soon as the new stock arrives. Please view our Returns and Exchange section below for all relevant information.

Returns & Refund Policy

Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If you are not satisfied with a product please reach out to us at Taclete Performance to be issued a full refund. To be eligible for other returns, your item must be unused, and in the same packaging. To complete the return, we require a receipt or order number, and sent to support@tacleteperformance.ca.

All merchandise purchased from Taclete Performance are eligible for exchanges within 30 days of purchase and must be in new condition/original packaging. This will be based on inventory at the time of exchange, and will be sent out as soon as the new stock arrives.
