SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Shipping estimated delivery time will be between 3-5 business days. We will monitor any shipping delays, and notify the customer in such events and try to resolve any issues that arise.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Returns & Refund Policy

Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If you are not satisfied with a product please reach out to us at Taclete Performance to be issued a full refund. To be eligible for other returns, your item must be unused, and in the same packaging. To complete the return, we require a receipt or order number, and sent to support@tacleteperformance.ca.

All merchandise purchased from Taclete Performance are eligible for exchanges within 30 days of purchase and must be in new condition/original packaging. This will be based on inventory at the time of exchange, and will be sent out as soon as the new stock arrives.
